At NXTSHOT Sports, development comes before everything else.

Our Annual Prospect Camp reflects who we are as an agency and the standard we set for every player we represent. It’s not simply a week of training. It’s a commitment to preparing our athletes for the demands of the next level, both on and off the ice.

What makes our approach different is our experience. Every one of our agents has played professional hockey and understands firsthand what separates good players from great professionals. We combine that experience with modern player development, advanced hockey IQ, and proven training methods to create an environment where our players can continue to evolve with purpose.

Throughout the camp, players participate in elite on-ice development, performance-focused off-ice training, educational agency sessions, and individual meetings designed to provide honest feedback and a clear development plan. Every session is intentional. Every detail matters.

But development extends beyond performance. We believe that understanding the person behind the player is just as important as refining the athlete. Building trust, character, and lasting relationships allows us to support our players in every stage of their journey. Not only as professionals, but as people.

At NXTSHOT Sports, we don’t believe an agent’s job begins when a contract is signed. We believe it’s earned every day through guidance, preparation, and a genuine investment in our players’ success.

Because we’re more than an agency.

We’re a team. We’re a family. And we’re committed to helping our players become the very best version of themselves.
